Italian Silver sugar cup

This is a unique Italian sugar bowl with hallmark: 800 and PA on its bottom. It is made in Palermo, Italy. I cannot see clearly the marker number, but I think it says either 47 PA or 77 PA. According to http://www.silvercollection.it/, if it is 47 PA, it is made by MANISCALCO DOMENICO di Giuseppe circa 1930s-1940s. Or if it is 77 PA, it is made by DI CRISTOFALO S.n.c. circa 1960s.
