This is a Portugese silver (plated?) pill box with rooster enamel. It has a pretty design of two hearts and a coat of arm (?) on top, and flowery design on the sides. It reads ‘Domex Portugal’ at the reverse side. I bought it at the Hampstead Antique Emporium.
