The Stag at Chorleywood

We had the pleasure to have a festive lunch at the Stag in December 2020. This one, I believe was on the second week of December, before Tier 3 lockdown was in place in Chorleywood.

We were so pleased to see the festive decorations at this pub. These were clearly cheers us up!

The pub is very cozy and warm. The place inside is quite big, so it is easy to move around.

We had delicious lunch and very much enjoyed our meals. I had a lovely chicken with mushroom and garlic sauce, not quite sure what it was called, perhaps chicken bourbonnais ?

My husband had a delicious beef burger with chunky chips.

My husband also very much enjoyed The Stag McMullen’s real ales as we noticed the Stag is also one of McMullen’s pubs,

We also tried their dessert selections: lovely puddings and a cup of tea.

Please pop in to The Stag when you are in Chorleywood area. You won’t regret the quality of their main food! Absolutely brilliant food!
