Fancy an Italian food near the British Museum?
Amarcord Italian Restaurant
Museum St
London WC1A 1LU
I was at the British Museum two weeks ago attending an exhibition about Sicily with my husband. We then decided to have an Italian lunch before the exhibition – as the exhibition is about Italy too :). So Amarcord is the one that we have on our mind. It is located just a stroll away from the British Museum. I order my favourite food: Spaghetti alla Marinara. I love it to bits. But the portion is a bit smaller for my liking :).
My husband had a Spaghetti alla Vongole. I think today our theme is seafood fiesta!
Amarcord has a nice lunch package consists of one main + salad + wine for only £10.99. So I think it is quite a bargain for a London restaurant. And here are the food and the drink menus.
